Price Check 2009 E93 M3 71XXX miles

hey everyone.. found this DCT M3 on cpobmw hoping to get some input from you guys... 1 owner was involved in a minor rear end collision seems to be well optioned (but im not sure) any input is greatly appreciated. asking price is 24,860 and they wont budge on the price at all.

also should a PPI be done even if your buying from a BMW dealership??

I have a buddy who may have seen this car in person. I'm waiting on his response. Always a good idea to get a PPI. If it's an as is sale with no warranty there is no reason to trust dealer. You could ask them to see their 100 point inspection paperwork if they have performed one.

Edit: He has not seen this car but $25k for a one accident 71k mike 2009 E93 is not a smart decision. Trade in is $15k at best.

This is also a Florida car and a much better deal/car that he has seen in person and would have purchased it if it was this price 6 months ago. Can probably get them down a bit.

the passenger door looks like a different color. price seems good to me. i wouldn't sell my 08 for that.

I should be picking up my new to me M3 Sunday. I looked over the pictures again because in person I didn't notice the door color but I think its the glare of the sun. But I appreciate you noticing that and I will inspect it further when I go to see it. It would suck if the car was in a side swipe and wasnt reported...

Bonnet doesn’t look to be sitting right either. Gaps don’t line up in that front shot.
