Anybody near Sterling Colorado

Hey I'm interest in purchasing an m3 that's located in Colorado and I live in Ohio. I was wondering if a fellow enthusiast can help me out or if someone can recommend a pre purchase inspection near that area.

Are you still interested in that car. Sterling is about a two hour drive from the Denver metro area. It's out in the middle of nowhere. I saw that listing also.
