This is an M3 specific forum for the E9X, and you listed a 328i.

Regardless, both have an FRM, except I believe all E9X M3s have the NFRM.
At any rate, this is easy to do with NCS expert. Just change the VIN of the donor FRM and write the VO to it off of the CAS module.

Do you have a K+D CAN adapter and NCS expert?

Try googling how to do this. There are tons of resources for this.
