So matte white ... isn't that just a less shiny clear that goes on? I'm no paint and body guy.

You make it sound so easy, haha. It is actually very hard, some parts might have to be repainted, also the clear is not less shiny, its actually fully flat, the clear alone cost about $1k. Its about 40 hours of labor.

After seeing the matte white Range Rover and I can't say I'm totally convinced. Maybe the picture of the Rover isn't that clear. Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing how yours turns out!

Matte or Flat White can not be shot in pictures, it just does not come out, the Matte White Range looks amazing.

Agreed, not because the matte white isnt sick on the range but because of HOW it was done. VERY CHEAP LOOKING, and I will tell you why. There is WAYYYYY too much white, you have to leave some of the OEM black trims...I have put a red circle around those pieces. When you paint everything including the pillars around the door, the entire mirror housing, it simply makes it look cheap.

That is the customers choice, they are not a motorsports shop where you say "just trick it out" it was a customers request to paint all the parts. Trust me no one wants to paint the pillars on a Range because once they are clipped off you have to replace the clips.

The owner actually asked me if I wanted to paint the bottom half of my mirror covers black. It's all choice man.

If anyone is in the area I wish they could stop by, because all I hear about flat white is it looks much better in person.

By the way everyone we are not just sanding the clear down anymore, it will be a full on paint job with a touch or marvel.
