Can we get this in the USA? Pricing?

That looks so lame for the interior, I would rather just rock them in the glove or side pouch as they've been for years without problems

Ash tray replacement holder ("nonsmoker conversion") seems best to me. Tip out door side pocket is another option.

That should be standard, it isn't 1985 anymore - anyone who smokes in their car can ash out the window or in a cup. Guess you can't use that outlet after the conversion?

No, the outlet goes away - that's the downside.
