I looked at it. I think I will insure it for a week or so.

Might vacuum it tomorrow. Not sure. Still haven't been interested in driving either

Brand new. My stock wheel was starting to show its age so decided it was time for an upgrade. This one was custom made with perforated leather, rounded flat bottom, leather center trim, and more aggressive 10-2 grips.
Rad. Who did the customizations?
Azaautowheel on Instagram.
Nice, I see their sponsored posts all the time. Glad to know they did solid work.

I found one pic of my car on the current wheels, hosted by two different sites that carry the carbon fiber skirts installed on the car. Unfortunately BodMargains and RDubyaCarbon are persona non grata here and have been for some time. Posting the pic links results in "www.********.com/car.jpg" translations. I can understand blocking links to bad or non-supporting vendors, but I guess there's no way to distinguish between direct links and hosting links.

He's still upset about insurance costs in Canada. He'll be ok once he hits age 30. Give him some space.

Mainly in BC. The whole new insurance premium calculation is kind of unfair, no matter how the government spins it. Basically 75% of your premium is based on your driving record and the other 25% is based on the worst driver in your house hold. Luckily for me, both my wife and I have the same premium rate and no kids. So this new format doesn't affect us.

A friend of mine who sell car insurances told me that this new format is straight up screwing families with kids who are new driver. One of his client's rate gone up by almost $1000. The Dad has a clean driving record, but his 22 year old son had a few at fault accidents and is a new(ish) driver. So now everyone in that household have their premium increased because of one person. I suppose this will encourage parents to be more strict about their kid's driving.

Loaded the premium 2020.1 map update. It didn't ask for an FSC code since I had entered a lifetime code with the 2018 version.

Car is fine, not interested in driving it. I stopped driving it a few weeks before my insurance expired anyways, but now with ICBC screwing over anyone who hasn't been alive since the Cold War Era (no offense to the other guys who are older here lol) its just gonna be my summer vehicle.

Whoa! How does the aluminum radiator mount up? Factory fit?

You still need a code, it's easy to get. Just search. FSC Generator and you'll find a Bimmerpost link

I had already entered a lifetime FSC code when I did a prior update, so I didn't need to re-enter it this time. The update just immediately started.

Can confirm - I have updated many times from a single FSC code - as long as you enter a lifetime code.

BOOM!!

It makes the whole process a lot easier, you will enjoy. I have a cheapo pressure washer, cheap foam cannon.. and it just blizzards the hell out of everything. I have a hybrid ceramic wax I've been using, so after a few seconds it beads up some, but it's so much easier not having a soap bucket... just two rinse buckets for extra rinsing.
