It didn?t , the install was poor . I had the 625 kit installed in the winter , couldn?t try it. Stored it , then I did my rod bearings and had to baby it for another 1000km , by the time I had an opportunity to push it , the bypass had a broken oring and the car ran terribly . Started by changing the belt to a 2115. Then full bypass rebuild .

Replaced the oring , and diaphragm boost was better but wasn?t hitting higher then 5.8psi where my car made 560hp to the wheels. And it was erratic . From 5.8-8 psi in the same conditions . I changed the bypass and same issue.

The p3 gauge was t?ed in at the wrong place as well .

I didnt add the intercooler I removed the 550 system (with the 595 pulley) different manifold.

Installed a full Vt2 625 with intercooler. You know how the saying goes .. if it ainÃ‚Â€Ã‚Â™t broke dont touch it .. but in the pursuit of HP crap happens .

I did this all last year in November -December took a whole freaking year to figure out because I used a dinky mechanic . Spent a year with my car running crappy, granted I didnÃ¢Â€Â™t drive it more then the 1200km

No issues with the ess 625 kit itâ€™s awesome and Iâ€™d recommend the equipment to anyone.

Thanks appreciate it. Guys I’m not negotiating on this it’s $3800 picked up or $3800 you pay for shipping. You have to remember this makes more power than a 550 kit. You’ll be making almost 50hp more.

I didn’t have the bearings done either and I was at 80k miles. I told myself if they are going to go they will with my car FBO also so f it

I honestly feel like they will go either way. Just my opinion though.

Definitely looking into one of these but I did the exact opposite of you OP, got the car, and RBs done, and then bought two places last year and made a kid. Now I got no moneys to upgrade the whip.

Haha ill be doing all of that within the next 2 years and hopefully get into another supercharged M3. I can’t own one that’s N/A after having this though

Can you price out shipping to 19134? BPM can do a remote tune correct? Also would it be tough to upgrade to an 650?

Upgrading to the 650 kit involves an new manifold with an exchange which the 550 system didn?t have and all the plumbing and intercooler plus injectors. Running the 595 pulley and tune is awesome, Pushing figures close to the 625 kit. Adding meth would be a better cheaper option then changing half the components . In my opinion. This setup is an amazing option for the money . Hours went in and relationships made And destroyed figuring out if it would work. And it did : )

I?m running the 625 kit and I?ve considered buying this kit back.

what injectors did you run with when you stayed with the 595 pulley?

The white Bosch I?njectors , same on my 625 kit,

Later on was switched to the blue ones . Ess confirmed the white injectors would be ok at the 625hp mark
