gts spoiler
Has anyone tried to put a rear spoiler on their m3's yet similar to the one that the gts m3 has?? i'm very curious how it would look on some these modded cars?

I'm actually liking that spoiler alot. But to pull it off IMO, you would need some legit wheels, a good drop, front splitters and some other misc accessories so it doesn't look out of place with its aggressivness. And besides, it would actually serve a huge purpose when going high speed or if you go to the track alot.
I'm yet to wait for someone to do this, because been thinking about it. I think it look badass on the GTS. Just look at this video, when looking at it from different angles. |

I also like the spoiler but GTS parts are impossible to get right now.

BMW and my friends in Germany say never. With the E46 CSL parts as long as you have a good contact in Europe you can get the part pretty easy that will not be the case with the GTS

someone should take the gts wing and improve on it. it looks ok, but could be better if they design it to flow more with the car from the start. I think the 977.2 gt3 wing is the best looking wing on a production car as it fit the car shape perfectly.

The wing on the 997.2 GT3 RS is beautiful, hands down the best looking wing on a production car. Everything on that car is just.... Thats really a bummer, considering I think the demand would be good. Any info if theres any company out there that will do replica parts from it? |

i agree with you on all your choices except the M3 GTS. It looks kind of chessy ///M division should have paid a little more attention to this detail. Instead they were lazy and pulled a part off the shelf from the 32o WTCC parts bin.

Well maybe it does not look good to some, but it is forigivable, the wing is not for looks but for a certain purpose, that would not be needed on a normal M3.
Talking about wings, it is amazing that the Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge, does not have a single body modification, no lip, splitter or wing, it means the aerodynamics of this car is just perfect, that is why it may maybe not look so good (to some). |
