Century West seems like a bunch of morons. I've got my BMW's sewrviced at Center in Sherman Oaks and Bob Smith in Calabasas. Every dealer you'll hear horror storries and also good experiences from. I guess it's just a matter of being comfortable with the service department and diligent with them to call them out on their b.s. like you did.

I had my car serviced in Heidelburg Germany, and the Service Manager was great. He assured me that all three fluids needed changing, Oil, Trans and rear differential. He outlined it on paper and on the computer for me. I would have another dealer check into your rear diff because its very important to have it changed. Just my suggestion....

Crevier BMW for service sucks. One of the managers told me off and said to get lost after trying to return a broken product installed by them. They said I can pay them to uninstall it ($100) but won't give me a refund. Talk about a slap in the face.

Because BMW customer relations for BMW USA and DE just do not care anymore, they should be called customerless relations.
You can call them and complain all you want, nothing is ever done.

That's completely absurd!! Makes me seriously ANGRY when a BMW serice dept. doesn't know what has to be done on the m3. Complete ignorance on their behalf.
