E90 M3 Space Grey DCT 40,XXX miles 2 owners Full history
2009 E90 M3 (I will attach the full build sheet when I update the pictures) VIN: WBSPM93549E201505 Space Grey Black leather interior, carbon trim, DCT transmission, tech package (M Drive, EDC, comfort access, Navigation) cold weather package (heated seats, split folding rear seats, premium package (folding mirrors, novillo black leather) Enhanced Premium Sound, Moonroof Clean Carfax No accidents I purchased this car from the original gentleman owner in 2017 with 26K miles. He was an enthusiast and BMWCCA member. It was his weekend car, always garaged, stored for winter (no salt), with full service history at BMW. I have his hand written notes alongside all invoices. I have a folder with all the service history, original booklets, documents, two sets of keys. Here are some highlights - Oil changes at 1.6k, 6k, 11.5k, 15k, 23k, 29k, 30k, 36k miles - Diff fluid changed at 11K - Spark plugs changed at 23K miles - Throttle actuators changed Bank 2 at 23k miles, Bank 1 at 39k miles - Rod bearings changed by ACM at 29k miles WPC treated bearings with ARP bolts - Engine mounts changed at 29k miles - Airbag and blower motor recall completed at BMW - Brake fluid flush June 2019 - New rear LED taillight April 2019 - New front undertray November 2019 - Aircon cleaned and re-charged at BMW in June 2019 Under my ownership all work has been carried out at Autocouture Motoring, Rogue Engineering, or BMW. Modifications & Upgrades - I have all original parts to go with the car. - Ohlins Road & Track coil overs with approx. 4k miles. Ground Control camber plates. Ride is 22mm below stock height. (This is a massive upgrade over EDC in all situations, but I have the original EDC suspension if the owner prefers) - Bimmerworld monoball control arm upgrade improves steering feel, no additional NVH - BMW M performance lightweight Inconel exhaust (no cracks, car has always had stock x-pipe. I have the original muffler) - Upgraded combox enables direct connection to idrive/sound system, music over Bluetooth, connect through USB, displays artwork etc. Brings it in line with a 2011.5+ car. - Macht Schnell drop in filter Breathes easier, more induction noise - BMW gloss black grills, IND painted reflectors - GTS DCT software smoother, quicker shifts - Euro MDM coding, removal of idrive startup warning - Stock 220M forged 19 inch wheels on 245/265 Michelin PS4S tires - US Millworks lightweight front tow hook plate mount front has never been drilled Considerations - Car has a couple of chips on the windscreen - Scrapes under the nose (this is common) - Paint is in generally in excellent condition but there are stone chips. I have detailed the car myself regularly, washed using 2 bucket method etc. Mixture of products from AMMO, Adams, Nextzett, Bead maker etc. - I have not coded out the EDC - this appears as an idrive warning on startup. - Passed NJ state inspection until July 2021 - TPMS batteries are dead (although I have a new set in another set of wheels which I can include when they are unmounted) This car has always been treated with mechanical sympathy and warmed up properly before any spirited driving. The original bearings which came out showed very little wear. The interior is fresh, no significant wear on the leather including drivers bolster. All buttons and functions work correctly. This has been a weekend car for me, fantastic to own with a great community. I will certainly miss the V8 sound track. I am staying in BMW land, new car acquired so its time to hand off to another enthusiast. This is a well cared E90 with known provenance, the right upgrades, and the big preventative maintenance addressed (bearings, actuators). Drop me a message on here or email montaver(at)msn.com. Car is located in Northern New Jersey, available for viewing on the weekends. I took some quick pictures on Sunday, I also attached a couple in direct sunlight when the car was on ZCP wheels from the summer (they will be for sale separately). I will add a proper collection of photos more once I give the car a full detail on the weekend. Price - $33,000 |

I've seen the car in person multiple times, it is extremely clean. Its owner is very meticulous.
Hopefully it goes to a good home! Rod bearings, engine mounts and throttle actuators replaced... ready for a new owner
