Contemplating Selling my M3, Wanting to cut back on some debt and get into something new.

The car has Parking sensors but no Heated seats and no power seats or Homelink mirror

The Good - Maintained, OEM Oil changes every 5k miles. OEM Spark plugs January of this Year, OEM Brake fluid January of this year. Brake Rotors and pads OEM on all four corners April of this year.
Tastefully Modded Gintani Sport Axelback with titanium tips with a Top speed Catless X-pipe. Tuned by Eurocharged in Austin Texas.
Oem Bmw Performance Steering wheel with blue strip and Auto technik Carbon DCT paddles.
IND Goodies. M stripe Gloss black Kidney grills, M3 Badges, Blue Push Start and M button. Jerez black painted Reflectors
Mode Carbon Front lip- Slightly curbed on the very underside id rate it 9/10
Bavsound Ghost subs for Driver and passenger
Lux H8 180 Angel eyes

The Bad- Previous owner must have not taken care of the car as well as i have. Front bumper has small paint cracks on bottom of lip
Rear window Glass trim is cracking ( have part just need it installed)
Dinged by someone in a parking lot on the Drivers side Door handle.
(not sure if OEM or not but Rear Performance spoiler is chipping on the clear coat)

I truly wanted to keep this car forever as i sold my 2008 and regretted it ever since. I can ship the car but you would have to pay for shipping.
Would like to sell as is first. But will part out if needed.
