With $1400 in replacement rings, a day of your time and a can of paint or $300 to a powdercoater, and $250 in brake pads, someone could have a nice brake set. Assuming no rebuild is required as represented, you would have an AP front and rear BBK for under $5k.

That's very on point! Indeed, I can help with replacing rings for a decent price, less then what you mentioned.

OP,

Did you run these or did you purchase them used?

History on them or pics of caliper pistons?

What size are the rotors?

Do you have a PN for the kit?

Serious inquiry here

Bought them with the car from my friend. I never took them apart so I don't have pics of the caliper pistons, but I can remove the brake pads and take pics if you'd like.
Rotor size is 36.2 or 36.8 I believe.
What does PN stand for if you don't mind me asking? I don't know what that means lol.

It’s the “old” Stillen AP kit, I have the same one...

I believe front and rear rotor diameter is 372mm

Front Right
Rotor AP7100S Right
Caliper CP5555-830S4

Front Left
Rotor AP7100S Left
Caliper CP5555-831S4

Rear right
Rotor AP7150S Right
Calipers CP5306-4S0BK

Rear left
Rotor AP7150S Left
Caliper CP5306-5S0BK

Correct, it's the cp5555 and cp5306 kit. Thanks for detail info. I was having hard time to figure out the rotor size.

You mentioned they'd clear 19'' wheels; think they'd clear 18"s? How easy would replacement rotors be to source (as its an older kit and all)

Stillen and Essex can source all the parts directly from AP.

Hey, yeah they will clear 18s. When I had it on the car I had 18 wheels with a lot of clearance. I have titan ts5 18x10. My guy at the shop told me it will be 1k for all 4 rotors if you need them replaced. I can go through other details, pm me if you're interested.
