Black car with matte black grills?

What you guys think of Jerez Black with matte black grills? Is the blacked out look too played out?

I like the blacked out look if you complete it throughout the car with blacked out side gills and a darker tint. It's a nice stealthy look that sets the car apart without being overly aggressive IMO.

I have some pics comparing the two when I was doing the installation. I personally like the Matte Black better since it gives the car a much more aggressive look.

it looks okay, but i wish that they had shadowline grilles. the matte just doesn't match the glossy black for obvious reasons, that is why i am holding off.

Matte Black grills match the lower grill as well. Thats why I did it with my Jet Black car!!!

Dave what kind of rims are those? Would Matte black grills/sidemarkers look weird if I got some brushed aluminum rims or would I have to get black/gunmetal rims in order for it to look right?

I have a jerez black with matte black grille with carbon roundel now. the photos don't show the carbon roundel.

i'm debating through matte black on my jet black e92, but i'm not convinced i'll like the match. i do agree that it matches the lower grill, but i'm still unsure.

I HAD, until they started bubbling up like crazy...i got another set and the same happened. Finally i went with Matte Black.

good to know. i guess i'll have to go that route as well if i don't want to leave it stock. doesn't seem to be another option. i guess i could have them color matched...

Thats the VRS front lip which you can get from a few vendors here... or you can order the Ericsson front if your looking for a whole new bumper
