No doubt, you contacted the CEO of Coca-Cola and discussed compensation.

Cold Stone is excellent!!! If I get it, I ask them to double bag it. That is the only way any food makes its way into my car...

If you put it in your trunk, why didnt you put it in your 'stowaway' storage underneath your hidden door??? Thats the only way to prevent something from going all over...

Sounds like human error... not Coldstone... Dont speak that blasphemy around here

So until then I go back tom. to see the owner.
One day after a night of far too much drinking, I ordered four whoppers, with cheese, three orders of onion rings, and two chocolate shakes at the local BK. The combination of the already-sensitive stomach and the excessive amount of greasy food gave me a massive case of diarrhea. I defecated in my Armani suit and ruined an expensive couch.

Boy, was I mad. After a change of clothes, I went straight into the BK and demanded $3000 in compensation. I mean, hey, it is their fault that they put so much fat in the burgers, right? I didn't see any warning signs either. Aren't they testing this stuff? Don't they check the "mix alcohol, sleep deprivation, and too much food" combination? Where is the government when we need them?

It couldn't *possibly* be that I was dumb and unlucky and was even dumber for blaming others for problems caused by my actions, could it? Furthermore, am I adding to my misdirected anger and frustration by posting this?

This is right up there as one of the dumbest E90 posts ever. You put the ice cream in your trunk so you get to clean it up, period.

Accept the responsibility for your mistake to your own property and stop trying to point the finger. (That and stop trying to keep litigation happy lawyers in business  )

I thought it would've been mean if I posted a link to the Darwin award's page, but since we've got a first nomination from you, I'm gonna second the motion.

lol, You're a MORON!

You put ice cream with just a lid on it in the trunk so it can fly around in there while you drive??? Then on top of it you call the girl who served you a stupid bitch?

You need to man up and take responsibility for your stupid error.

This is going to be all over the news tomorrow.
Next month, ice cream cups will have warning labels stating "Caution: Contents may spill if left unattended in your vehicle's trunk".

Dang, you guys are MEAN.

Seriously though, it IS your fault. Regardless of how much ice cream she put into the tub it's not her fault you didn't find a way to secure it better. It was nice of her to give you a lot though. ;] It means she wasn't stingy on the ice cream. Hopefully your trunk is okay.

I LOVE cold stone. just walking by that store smells so good because they make those waffle cones. So good.

If it makes you feel any better, I had jamba juice and i was drinking while driving and tried to shove the cup into the cup holder while i wasnt looking cause i was driving and i spilled some on my car. buttt i cleaned it and got over it.

I think you'd have better luck suing BMW because your new 3-Series didn't have somewhere in the trunk to put ice cream in.

Honestly, poeple wonder why your sunroofs don't close when the car is off - maybe because you want the ice cream shop to replace your carpet in your house because your 3 year old spilt ice cream on it?

Get over it: take your car to a detailer, and get them to clean it...problem solved.

and Ps. Don't buy ice cream again - you probably fat enough

*end of mean streak*

No offence to anyone.
