Tractive Touring Coilovers for E9x

Wasn't sure if anyone was more familiar with this, but it looks like Tractive is working on a touring line of coilovers for E9x M3s: https://tractivesuspension.com/shop/...or-oe-fitment/

Had only glanced into Tractive a little bit before, but they were an interesting choice touting their exceptionally responsive electronically controlled dampers. The other kit they used to have was complete standalone and almost $8k, but this one looks to be plug and play and priced ~$3.5k. Very interesting option for anyone looking at a mid-range suspension. Curious how well it would work with factory EDC, I would think that they'd do their own control box, E9x EDC has to be somewhat outdated these days.

Bump.

I've been doing more research on this. The M4 and Porsche guys rave about this Tractive suspension. I'm surprised no one here has heard about it.

Here's some vids I found interesting:

I think Inertia Labs is the company to reach out to for more information on this setup, just haven't done this yet. They seem to be where the F80 guys are getting them in the US.

I'm talking to the local distributor in my country. I've 70% convinced myself to get a set to replace my Ohlins. Waiting on a ride from a friend who has it in his M4 to make sure it's as good as they claim.

DO IT, get another 10% from me to do it.

FWIW,

Tracktive Touring EDC coilover spring rates:

Front 48 N/mm and rear 120 N/mm
Front 275lb/in and rear 685 lb/in

Fairly soft compared to what's out there but it is very close to flat ride with 0.97.

Edit:
Looks like we are shy of $4000 for the plug n play kits without top hats or rear shock mounts.

Looks with wyatth 10% and my 10%, we are at 90% lmao.

The spring rates look very good for street manners and from the math can be complimented with a F+R sway bar set for chassis balance.

I was looking at doing suspension this winter, but I've already spent way too much this year with the new house and SC splurge. So, I will still be waiting around to hear Redd's report. I also have a big race shop nearby; I'm curious how familiar those guys are with Tractive. Though, they are an MCS dealer first and foremost.

My one concern would be tire fitment. They show helper springs, hopefully it doesn't have the same clearance issues as the KW clubsports. Otherwise, I'm guessing this would be the perfect street performance setup coupled with kinematics/monoballs and adjustable sway bars.

Well, the only comment I got from the local shop is that they are not big fans of Tractive, and that they'd recommend MCS. Not really surprised on that one, given they sell MCS.

Ferrari Purosangue, 992 GT3 RS, all the latest and greatest seem to be coming out with in-car adjustable suspension using electronic spool valve. This is what Tractive offers. If it weren't for budget constraints I'd be all over it this year.
