I have been in touch with Tom Edge (KW brand manager). I hope to get down to KW on Friday so they can take a look. My system "chirps" on the passenger side. My V3 was installed 1 month ago by one of the best shops in the bay area and they double checked their work. This is not an install problem in my case. If KW refuses to fix or refund my cost I will take them to court. Simple as that. Unless you want to take the risk I would not purchase a V3 until KW fixes the problem. Good luck....

Good choice. I had PSS9 on my e46 M3 for 5 yrs/50k miles, never a problem. Unfortunately bilstien is not available for the E92 M3 in USA at this time (don't know why).

No the EDC has to be canceled. But I did not want the EDC to start with on my car. I can not choice it was the only 6speed car left in Taiwan. The EDC cancel I used was KW they actually can sell it by itself.

Try to call up your shop, I am pretty sure they can get you a set. the PSS10 are even better the PSS9 I had tried both on my pervious car.

any further updates/reviews? I came from V3's on my old car and they were amazing..except I was annoyed for the 4 years of ownership by the squeaking I get from the rear...im planning on going PSS10 this time around since I don't want the same issue...

I just read on m3forum.net that Turner Motorsports has the PSS10 in stock... I wonder how they compare to the KWv3 and which is better overall (value, performance for street & track, warranty, reliability).

I think they said the PSS10's were $1700, but are single adjustable compared to $2400 for the KW's which are double adjustable.
I think they both have a place at different price points depending on how much adjustability you want. It's just the noise issues that would give me pause.

Turner is selling them for $2200.00. Quite a bit off from the 1700.

I don't know what you mean by the PSS10's are only single adjustable.

Mine is hight and stiffness adjustable 10 different setting. The Bilstiens are tuff coilovers and don't really breakdown. I have had PSS9 & Pss10 on 3 different cars no problems what so ever.

I have no direct experience with the PSS10's personally, but normally when people mention single/double adjustable I believe they are talking about the dampers only and sort of omitted the height adjustable as a 'given'.

For higher end dampers, it is possible to adjust both compression and rebound damping separately ("double" adjustable, as in the Variant 3) while on some others only the rebound rates is adjustable ("single" adjustable). If you go further up the price scale, you can adjust the low speed and high speed damping separately too.

KW, IMO, caused the confusion since IIRC they are the first people to include the ride height as one of the "adjustments". I.e. for their Variant 1, only the height is adjustable. Variant 2, the height and rebound are adjustable and so on.

BTW, may I ask if your PSS10 is EDC compatible? As in could one retain the use of EDC with them or must one have them disabled?

Thanks

Sorry dude as of right now the EDC for BMWs are not compatible with PSS10s I took my EDC out and used KW emulators.

You're right. At that price, I'd do something else since the PSS10's are single adjustable.

NO update. Have not been able to get a time set-up (vacations/work schedules conflict). I'm hoping to get there in a couple weeks. Until then it chirps away....
