335i Manual Swap Coding - HELP!!!!

Hey guys,

I’ve recently just done a manual swap on my 2007 335i. I’ve carried out the coding via Protool, and have deleted the $205, however I still have communication codes stored and the car makes no boost. I have the clutch switch disabled so it starts without the clutch switch as I don’t have one yet, I also have the CAN lines looped. Can anyone help? Have I missed something?

Note that the codes are the same when the cars “auto” or “manual” in the DME.
