Amazing build! Enjoyed reading through your thread. Not hard to spot the passion.
You can never get out what you've invested in them but hats off to yours. GLWS!! If it were a coupe, it'd be gone already. Truly wish you the best. |

It's still for sale. Had a few buyers come and go before I was really ready to let it go.

I'll be making a thread listing parts for sale, but first to go will be Harrop, Harrop BBK, Akrym Full CF rear bumper, and VRS3 front bumper. Also willing to trade stock wheels plus cash. He really did a nice job with this car, so it breaks my heart putting it back to stock, but too many cars..

At least there's no sidemarker delete mod required for this car. Super handsome ride. How does it handle?

Yeah AMG "heavily modified" this for me already which was a big plus. Just a tune and some spacers and wider tires and that's really all I'm going to do. It handles surprisingly well now I'm used to the steering. Better/smoother than the E90 and feels v. Balanced. Not as exciting to drive as the Harrop tho. Sounds so much better than the new M cars, sadly.

looks really good, i'm glad you ditched the yellow. sometimes less is more. i really like how mercedes cars look aesthetically inside and out, but i just can't get used to the interior layout if that makes sense... buttons and placement are weird. i get c300's as loaners when my smart car is in for service and its confusing as hell.

A Heads Up display (M3/C63 option) is a must for me after testing one out.

Sad that you had to part with it, but I get it, the C63 is amazing and maybe the successor to your final build but I really feel like the GT350 is the succesor to the e90 M3, which feels crazy to type but so many have said the same, it’s like if bmw has made the f80 a bored and stroked upgraded s65 instead of downsizing with forced induction. It blows my mind how many people put centrifugal turbo-superchargers on m3’s, to me only a positive displacement unit makes sense, even a turbo makes more sense, but centrifugals are the worst of both worlds as far as I’m concerned. Cheap w/high hp numbers sells I guess, but surprising it sells to people who know it changes the power delivery/character of an engine they paid a premium for, the harrop at least preserves that. The merc. Splits the difference though at least, and good god why is Mercedes killing it in the sound department and nobody can come close somehow. The M5 sounds like trash compared to any turbo v8 merc, it’s amazimg how well they’ve perfected it. In a perfect world I’d love to have seen a c63 with the 6.2 liter and two turbos or a supercharger at least, Although the NA c63 already dwarfed the s65 output wise so idk.
