Thought I had found the perfect SG/FR e92 M3 comp but had to send it back to seller after numerous issues. Unfortunately, had ordered a set of AST 5100 coilovers and can't return them. Haven't even taken them out of the box. Model # is B1605S. Paid $3,550. Will ship in original packaging. The front springs are Eibach 68-20-016-02 FA. The rear springs are AST 200 70 51.

So do I need edc cancelation kit with this?

these don't have edc, so you need the cancellation kit (or have it coded out). i think the bilstein b16 is the only aftermarket solution that works with EDC (though i could be wrong on that last).

KW DDC and Tractive (Touring or Road/Track) also are plug-n-play EDC options. Bilstein B6 dampers are another plug-n-play EDC option that works with stock springs.

Forgot to mention Nitron is about to release their plug-n-play EDC setup which will be a great track-street setup.

I’m surprised these brand new 5100s are still available at a price of $2.1k. I’d go with these over a set of Ohlins R&T. AST owns Moton and AST dampers have benefited from the merger. GLWS!
