The Perfect Daily - 2010 63.5k mile Space Grey DCT E92 RB and TA DONE
Looking for the perfect daily driver that is ready to go, but at a price that won't break the bank? Look no further. I have receipts for all repairs and maintenance and have always taken the car in for servicing once a light came on. This E92 is not for everyone as it is a DCT dual hump with added Carplay & a backup cam. For those not concerned the additional ~1-2 lbs of weight from the carplay /backup cam (it is so immaterial I cant believe I feel obligated to spell this out), this car is ideal to daily and is equipped with modern amenities. This car has been my baby, and I have always ensured the engine oil temp reaches 200 degrees prior to driving over 3k rpm. Garage kept. Car has seen snow (got caught in mild flurries a few times) but for the most part is garage kept in the winter. Almost always hand washed, but not exclusively. I hope my transparency as an owner is coming through here. General Information: 2010 E92 M3 with Carbon Fiber roof Electronic Damping Control (EDC) DCT Transmission 63,5xx miles (may go up marginally prior to sale) VIN #: WBSWD9C53AP363081 No Accidents reported, but minor damage reported - front bumper scraped on stopping guard curb by prior owner, bumper replaced Modifications: AFE Cold Air Intake Apple Carplay and Backup cam installation (performed by Apt electronics - have receipts) Maintenance upon taking ownership of vehicle: At 57k miles replaced Rod Bearings (BE rod bearing and BE APR Bolts) AND replaced both throttle bodies. Work performed at Performance Euroworks (highly regarded as the best place to work on E92s in the Midwest). I have all receipts AND old parts as proof of replacement. Performance Euroworks also replaced oil pan gasket and engine motor mounts. All of this was preventative maintenance, as is advised for M3s with 40k+ miles General Maintenance: Transmission AND Engine coolant Temperature sensors replaced with OEM parts Of course, Rod bearings and TBAs have been replaced as well (see above) Regular and immediate servicing and oil changed ~5k miles New windshield wipers installed end of 2021 What else is included?: Extra set of ARC 8 rims with Blizzak LM32 tires (used ~2-3 seasons left on them) Weathertech mats 2 Keys (BMW protective FOB cover as well) Final thoughts: As previously mentioned, this car has been loved and cared for. I was the fifth owner, but don't let this fool you into thinking this car hasn't been maintained well or loved. Pictures will be added below and I also have a video I would be happy to send you of the entire interior. Exterior is 9/10 with a few small scratches that can only be observed if you are looking for them. Interior is 9/10 as well, as there is some wear on the driver's seat leather, but it is otherwise flawless. If you have gotten this far and have interest in the vehicle, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I have sold BMWs before and would be happy to put you in touch with the individual who bought my previous car. If you have an offer below list price, I am open to hearing it, but will ignore all low-balls. If you think this car is overpriced, I kindly request that you keep it to yourself. I know what I paid for, and how much I have put into this car, despite owning it for <10k miles. I know my price is fair and if you are interested in a car that has all preventative maintenance taken care of and has been loved endlessly, with modern features like back up cams / carplay, this is worth checking out. I am Chicago based and open to shipping at the buyer's expense. Happy to answer all questions as well. I am selling due to my desire to move out west and will not be needing a sports car for the next few years. With that said, I am in no hurry to sell.
