Posting up a feeler as I have not decided what exactly I want to do with the vehicle. This is my 3rd E9x m3. I stumbled upon this car locally mid last year with a blown engine (initially was looking for a DCT e90)

Purchased the car with a rod bolt failure causing 4 holes in the oem engine and cracked steering rack.

I purchased a used engine from definitive motorworks in OH with 81k miles on it. Vast performance in ferndale MI installed the replacement steering rack and engine along with a few other items (listed below)
