Looking to sell my 1M, regretfully - I also have a E46 M3 and can't justify keeping both. Selling for $65,000 Canadian.

I purchased this last January, but it has lived most of its life in BC (up till 2021). Low mileage, excellent condition, many tasteful OEM+ modifications and extensive preventative maintenance completed in last 9 months, binder full of vehicle history and service records. There is some minor "accident" history on the CarFax but the amounts are +/- $1,000, so very minor. Currently has 82,500 km.

Sample of Maintenance Completed in past 9 months:
1. new battery
2. wiper blades
3. brake fluid flush
4. replace clutch master cylinder
5. carbon cleaning of intake / valves
6. new HVAC blower motor
7. Oil & Filter change
8. Spark plugs, coil packs and valve cover gasket

All work done at BMW Kingston with full paperwork and using OEM parts (except charge pipe).
