JL Motoring Sent the wrong part. Doesn't care. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
So I bought a trunk lid from JL Motoring for my M3 E92. CSL Style.
I'm based in Brazil. So a long time for the part to get here. A lot of expectation. Part arrived. They sent the wrong model. They sent me an Amuse Ericsson style. Not that I find it ugly. I just like the CSL style better and I paid for it. I wanted the CSL trunk on my car not the Amuse Ericsson. On top of that this is a costly mistake for me, since I have to pay huge shipping fees to get the part down here and also big import duties. Alright so I send an email to JL, reporting the problem. Hoping to get anything, at least an explanation, maybe an apology. Maybe a partial refund. Something. Actual response(uploaded the image for evidence): "Hey We really do not know why you get the different trunk. We had A style trunk out of stock for a while. We can offer $50 discount and extra discount for future order. Thanks. " I even tried harder and sent a second email saying that it was a really disappointing answer and explaining my problem and costs further, hoping to get something better. No response. STRONGLY advise to not do business with them. |

They're horrible. I ordered a part a month ago that was on 7 day back order and still have not received it. I have requested a refund multiple times and haven't received it yet as they just keep saying it will ship soon. Can't file another PayPal claim because they refunded my shipping amount already when I filed the first claim.
