Where I live that's fair or semi under priced. I think this is a great deal if the car is in good condition. Worth 37-41 to the right buyer.
Texas is a totally different market to where I live though

^This. Comp seems to make a bigger difference than most other options, and since you didn't mention it I am going to assume it doesn't have that. Given that and miles, I would say a bit high, even for Cali. I just got one from LA area with ~35k miles for $41k with all options, so there are better deals out there.
