No way. They're too new and would be very difficult to make since it would have to be forged and be made by a 5 axis mill.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Not really...
They could be cast from a mold of the original rim just like most any other replica.

That wouldn't be safe. If you look at the wheel in person so much material is milled away all over the spokes and are a dream to look at
But cast strength in the same design, I think you would have to be crazy to drive on them and think they were safe

It would have to look very different because all the extra metal is milled off like GreenHell said. Each set is made specifically for each application so all extra metal is trimmed.
A cast wheel would have to have considerably thicker spkes.

I think this is one of those situations where you go hard or go home. Like others have said, the design is unique in the fact that it would be very hard to replicate with a cast mold.
