SA at BMW of Sterling
Hi All,
I'm coming up on a service interval and am taking my car into BMW of Sterling on Saturday. My prior SA (Josh) is no longer with them--wondered if there were any members here that had either good or bad experiences with particular SAs at that dealership (or maybe that might be techs/SAs themselves at BMW Sterling--I read that one of their SAs used to be on this forum)? If you know the tech and service advisor you want to work with, I think Serling is ok. If not I'm only meh about the dealership.

Reviving this thread because Nate Gibson, who was a great and super-helpful SA, has unfortunately left BMW. (Check out this thread--people miss him. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=978484)
Does anyone have any good recommendations for SAs at local dealers in Northern, VA? (I've read fairly recent negatives on this forum about both Fairfax and Alexandria.) Would really appreciate it if so! |
