03' s2k. had her for 6 months. sold her for the e90. i dont mind getting one later.

I'm still deciding if I'm going to jump ship. Having a hard time though because I got my e90 for only $4k more than the msrp of a new S2000. I think the e90 is only about a 1/3 as fun, but it's a lot more car for not a lot more money.

Plus I've got a toddler. And with interest rates getting crappy, unless I lay out a lot of cash up front the payments will be about the same as my e90.

PS. I thought I've read rumors that 07 is the last year for the s2000 and there's no planned replacement?

That's all they are, rumors.

The S2000 is going to be around for a long time, as per Honda this year in a press release. But Honda announced they have big plans for this platform, whether or not we see a different design and or powerplant for the S2K in '08, nobody knows.

Some people are saying it is going to be some sort of 6 cylinder, some people are saying turbo'd I-4. To be honest, putting a heavy ass motor in the car is going to ruin alot the fun of driving the car.

I had a Spa '01 for about two years - sold it last May-06 to buy the e90...

I really miss that car - it was so much fun to drive and the looks in that car are fun too.

I needed to get rid of it to get a car w/ more room...

Defintely would like to get another one in the future...

Love mine, but parenthood is calling

I have til July to sell it or trade it in to get an E90 or E92, or find a job that pays hell of alot more so I can keep it and get an E90 or E92

I like the second option better

Riceburner503 and his PIMP 335i coupe on BBS CH's is also an ex-s2k owner.

I agree. The car is bullet proof ONLY if you maintain it well. And it is VERY easy to maintain the car (regular oil changes, differential fluid changes, tranny fluid changes............)
