If the accident is the opposing drivers fault, then why can't you hit up his insurance for the damages? Is insurance that different in egypt? I don't see why the other guy isn't paying for the damages if it is as you said, he hit you and it's all his fault? Was the E46 "showing off" by racing you? We need more details

So it wasn't him who was just showing off, you were actually racing him at 110 miles per hour. Only difference is that he lost control and hit you while you guys were street racing. That's quite a bit of info that you had previously neglected to include. Like others had mentioned, if your car rolled, it's time to replace it and not repair it.
