Who cares about a dyno...its about the drive. I don't drive a machine that churns out numbers.

Track day would be much more useful!

Rom3n, typically, what kind of gas mileage can one expect from the different stages?

Bigjae

MPG is about the same on all versions of the kit. If you factor in everyday driving, highway and sprited driving we typically see around 17 MPG on average.

Thanks Roman... As you can see in my sig, I've had some supercharged Mcars. Some of the best cars I've owned..

Never ran the car with this setup. With the stock blower, pulley intake tune and cooler, the car ran a 12.1 at 119 with stock tires on my third try... In the fall we hit the strip and see what this setup does. I've also set her up for road course so maybe Lime Rock soon as well.

What you may have heard is that the setup I have was on my tuner's car, and with a race tune, pulley, headers and C16, he ran a 10.2 and has trapped up to 147 or so! Nuts for a stock motor, clutch etc... Easily capable of 9s...

Nice job on your kit btw! Mean and clean looking!

Hey Roman,
I forgot to mention that I had an ESS Supercharger kit way back when on my E36 M3. What a powerdyne blower with the orange snufalufagus intake hose
Boy I loved that setup. Car was a total sleeper. Were you around for those days?

He's reporting his #s using a STD correction factor, which inflates horsepower numbers by about 3-4% over the SAE standard most of the auto industry uses....you might be comparing his STD graph to an SAE chart...just the conversion factor alone on a car making this much power could translate to up to a 20rwhp difference.

Just curious...what's your theory...and why you're asking now in this thread instead of asking it in Jason's thread back when he published his dynos?
Im not at tech savy, as you know...you could of wrote that in hieroglyphics. LOL
Not important, I just asked cause the thread got new posts so i click on it...scrolling down saw the dyno and noticed that the boost measurement stopped early. Made me wonder why or how that happens. The boost would go a little higher then right? I was trying to get jason to race me, i think it would be a fun and close race, fun when its 2 manual cars.

JASON!!! If you keep eating those fried twinkies your gona slow your car down and Ill win for sure! or just make me some!

edit: How is boost measure when on a dyno? maybe someone can briefly explain to me. thanks
