M3NTAL Perfomance Front Splitter Group Buy

Hello everyone,
I spent long time searching for a front lip that looks good and is functional at the same time. I was looking at GT4 style lip for quite some time and loved the fact that I can use brake ducts but wanted something of a different look. Finally, I saw these guys with their splitter as well as full undertray replacement. The problem is that they are based in England and shipping would take almost 200$ which is a bit painful. I was told that if I can get 10 people group buy, the shipping rate will be split in half. Given that the price for this lip is 630$ (extremely well priced), shipping should take extra 90$ (for group buy). This brings the total cost to 720$ which is cheaper than buying belly pan and front most style lips separately. I did not find any information on the forum about this lip so I assume that you guys don't know about this company but if someone had an experience with them, feel free to give a feedback. Looks like quite a bit of people are looking to replace their broken undertray, so I thought this will be a good opportunity to do that and give a very nice look to the car that is aerodynamically functional. High quality 2x2 carbon fiber with clear coat for UV protection, completely replaces belly pan, improves aerodynamics, fits E90, E92 and E93 M3s, brake ducts friendly.

Looks like the Bimmerworld front lip, which costs about double the price of this one. interested pending shots of the underside...

Also its pretty much the same thing as Vorsteiner one for 2,000$. You can find the pictures of it in the link that I attached to the thread. Or do you mean, you would like to see pictures of what it looks from the bottom?

yes from the bottom... i am concerned about clearance issues, as the stock felt is higher than this lip and gets detroyed, so if this undertray is at the lips lowest position, it wouldnt last for me...

I will request photos from the bottom but my impression was that it eliminates both flaps that hang down and get broken all the time.
Edit: actually it does not look like it eliminates them completely, will request pics lol

I was not able to find anything similar on Ebay. I found this lip from a different vendor and price is 600$ and it does not come with under body splitter. This is essentially 630$+ shipping and comes with underbody splitter and you can use brake ducts

Interesting, those are the same pictures that M3NTAL Perfomance advertises.

So i asked the vendor and they told me that those photos were taken by M3NTAL performance and that Ebay link that you sent me pretty much used their photos and advertises as their product at a slightly cheaper price.

and you believed them? did you happen to notice that the car used in the photos is using china license plates? wondered why they only showed you two shots of the car? while the other car shots clearly show the license plate style

So, they said that all of their Carbon Fiber parts are made in Canada. The supplier of Carbon Fiber has sent them the pictures of splitters and they are using those to advertise. Possibly, the supplier for China stuff is the same one as for M3NTAL Performance and that why pictures are the same. Thoughts?

Why? the same piece is available directly from China for considerably less. If your interested buy it.
