M-DCT - Valve jammed error (5A5B)

Anyone met before such problem:
5A5B - Control valve PV7: valve jammed
It's what computer says. Average count of this errors is around 20 for every 1000 km driven. I can't feel this valve jam while driving - car drives absolutely normal every time, on any gear and in any mode. Just 2 times there was such issue - I've stopped and car remained on 7th gear (switching to neutral and than back do Drive solved the problem).
Anyway I'am pretty afraid for my gearbox and I want to fix this issue before something went completely wrong.
Our local dealer says that they can only offer new gearbox, because nobody knows how to work with this M-DCT transmission

What was the fix guys? I’m having this on my m3 now. I have a feeling it might have to do with old battery

We've encountered this fault once before. Fluid and filter (high and low) is all you can do short of removing the transmission and replacing the mechatronics. For the DIY'er this is basically replacing the transmission.
