New engine installed, need help with a couple issues

As some of you know my engine blew last month. Just got the car back today after having the new engine installed and the TPMS isn't working. Flat tire indicator is lit up (says tpm inactive on start) in dash and it says TPM malfunction in the nav screen. Tires are fine so it's got to be a wiring issue somewhere, could anyone point me in the right direction to start looking?

Second issue is the cars speaker system. Nav/radio unit works fine but the speakers either put out nothing, or just a muffled staticky noise. In the middle of my ride home it came on and worked fine, bluetooth and all, then it disappeared again. Not sure how installing the engine could screw up the sound but it has. Again, could anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!!

1st issue, one of the TPMS satellites is likely unplugged.

2nd issue, sounds like a failing AMP.

Thanks Mike, I'm going to check amp and sensors out today. Don't know if it matters but my front speakers are making fuzzy crackling noises even with the car turned off and alarm armed. Could this still be caused by the amp?

Not a clue on that one. Where should I check? I thought maybe there might be a battery problem after sitting a month so I charged it all day yesterday but the needle on the charger wouldn't go past 75% so I'm wondering if there might be a battery issue..

For item number one when the fender liner is removed the TPMS system is unplugged from that receiver. Pull off one or both of the front fender liners and check the TMPS plug(s). They are in the middle front part of the fender liner facing the front bumper.

Thank you Victor! Exactly what I needed to know. Guarantee you they didn't plug one or both back in.

There are chassis grounds in the trunk and in the engine compartment. Look for bare braided wire or black wires (of significant gauge).

Cool thanks. I checked the ground from subframe to oil pan but I'll look for others. Tpms issue is fixed, both of the receivers were unplugged up front.

Thanks. This speaker issue is driving me nuts though. Can't find anything out of the ordinary and am considering replacing the amp.
