Up for sale is a 2009 E92 M3 in Jet Black. Located in SoCal (Sherman Oaks) Mileage: 68,421 miles. Miles will slightly increase but since I am working from home I do not put on too many miles as is. Price: $PENDING SALE. Please no lowballers. VIN is WBSWD93599PY43332. No accidents and a clean title. I have maintained this car throughout my entire ownership. Purchased in December 2018 from another m3post member (Nighttrain). Car was purchased with 45k miles. Car has been under Carmax Maxcare warranty since 2nd owner. I am the 3rd owner if I am not mistaken. Warranty expires July 2022 of this year or at 75k miles whichever comes first. Specs: -Jet Black exterior -Sunroof -DCT -Cold weather package -19" 220M wheels Only modifications are an alcantara wrapped steering wheel (Coby), blacked out front grills and window tint (5% ceramic on the side windows and rear and 70% windshield) Maintenance: Car is bone stock mechanically. No issues with driving and has been fully maintained at Center BMW in Sherman Oaks, CA for the most part. Lots of preventative maintenance has been done. Maintenance Items performed: -March 2019 - Throttle Actuators performed by AutoTalent at 49k miles -July 2019 - BE Rod Bearings performed by AutoTalent at 52k miles -July 2020 - Transmission flush. New filter. Replaced both control arms. Replaced control valve. Recall for battery cable performed. -November 2020 - Footwell module replaced at 61k miles. Covered under warranty -April 2021 - O2 sensor, 5 injectors (cylinder 1-5), engine motor mounts, oil change and filter housing gasket covered under warranty. Spark plugs and brand new battery put in. Zimmerman rotors and brake pads as well as brake flush - 64k miles. -January 2022 - Alignment performed at JMP AutoWerkz Minor things to point out: -Rear ashtray does not close -Rear middle plastic has some scuffing -Interior driver door handle has some peeling -Wheels do have some curb rash. They were not my dailys as I had APEX wheels for a majority of ownership. -Rear bumper has minor dents (both are pictured) -Slight scuff on driver door. Could not get this in pictures but I am sure it can be easily buffed out. The quality of the photos is bad when uploaded through my phone.
