You can specify the weave for any VRS BMW parts. They will do 1x1 or 2x2. Just depends who ordered it for ya, or if you bought something in stock maybe?

it was custom ordered through a local company that built a Varis Time Attack Evo... and i was even put in direct contact with Varis because i wanted to know if it fit over the Ericsson Exhaust (which it doesn't without modifications).. He never told me there were options for 1x1 or 2x2.. I assumed it was all 1x1 and then the damn thing arrived 16 weeks (!) later in 2x2

Exactly. Our Frozen black is running no upper diffuser at all, just the Varis tray.
