outside edges worn

So after a few trips to the track, my front outside edges of the tire are noticeably more worn than the inside edges, and middle.

May be a stupid idea, but could I just have the tire remounted on the wheel to get more life out of the tire?

thanks.

sounds like you need the front end setting up so there is more negative camber so you aren't scrubbing the outer edges so much.

Also most tyres are fitted only in one direction of rotation.

Buy some new ones! Downsides to a good day on the track!

Get it aligned with a bit more negative camber and very important make sure tire pressure is right

Yes if the tires are not directional you could flip them on the rims to place the other edge on the outside for more life ( and adjust the chamber and run with higher pressures on the track.....)

thanks for all the info guys....

I just realized AFTER posting the thread that my tires are not unidirectional, but they clearly are marked which side goes on the outside.
