2012 Dakar Yellow E92

If anyone is interested in picking one up, it says they have one in Calgary, Alberta. I'm sure it can be shipped Canada wide. It's FULLY loaded and has all the black accents from an Individual car these days..

I don't see any crazy mark-up either which is so typical of C BMW with a special order colour.

Always been a fan of yellow. Now if only it were an E90.....

You already have an M3! Lol
I don't know why, but yellow M3s remind me of cabs lol!
From individual colours, I really like fire orange!

Did someone order one but back-out? I'm surprised a dealer would order a Dakar Yellow. One recent one in Toronto (with black competition wheels) - took a long time to sell... Which I don't get 'cause I thought it was beautiful.

Btw, I saw a special order 2012 Imola Red E92 with platinum interior in person at my dealership recently. Totally drool worthy.

I once owned a bright yellow A4 that I special ordered, and thought it was great,but was very difficult to sell 4 years later,due to the limited desire for a yellow car.
I suspect someone did back out and they have their deposit

That seams a very high price looks like $8K more then mine. They better give a good 10% discount on that posted price. For some reason I found (in my Canada wide new car search) that prices posted in Alberta and BC were quite high. I wonder why that is Hmmm ... okay it has individual colour and the M-DCT that pushes the price up I guess .... still a good discount is in order.

There's no chance you'll be able to get a 10% discount in Alberta, the MAXIMUM will be somewhere in the 3/3.5% range.

Yes one day I got 5% discount on mine guess I am a valued customer purchased a Z4 last year and my AW M3 earlier this year from the same dealership This will do me for quite a while if not my wife will surely get after me with a very wet noodle

5% or more is doable in Ontario. That car is actually less than MSRP, as Individual Paint is an $5000 surcharge alone *if* it is not one of the 3 standard Individual paints. Plus that car has extended leather, which is $4000 edit: $3000 I think (got mixed up with Individual extended). Plus DCT.
The prices for regular option packages has also decreased somewhat, such that you can get a loaded M3 (without DCT or extended) for around $80000 now.

EDIT: Yes, I'm totally obsessed with options now.

I got a 2% discount on mine. Couldn't really argue much about the price because it was one of two last E90 M3's to come to Canada. The price on the car was ~$84,000 pretax. My car is also arrived, and I will pick it up in two weeks.

I got just over 7% off my 2011 E90, I ordered in July and took delivery end of August. Even at that time it was touch and go on production slots... but I still managed to push for a good price.

Markup on the M3 in Canada is about 10%. I know this first hand since I was at the dealership the day my second ordered E90 arrived, and I was shown the dealer invoice from BMW Canada.

Since the dealer screwed up my first order, and I ended up waiting almost six months for my car, I up doing very well on pricing.
