front is L disc, rear is R disc.

the F & R reference in my initial post are front and rear. not the discs

Did you have to modify anything to get these to fit? Especially with the rears..

Just added negative camber in the rear. They fit with these tires. The 295 rear does not on PS4S

No need for camber plates or anything. Just need to go get an alignment from someone who knows what they're doing. I went to Prova Motorsports in Magnolia.
