So I got an answer for you,

The full titanium system is 28kg (x-pipe and mufflers). They don't have a weight on the x-pipe alone but it's exstimated around 10kg.

The x-pipe is fully catless and dual resonated.

I actually thought the same thing. I'll have to ask about that, because I thought it would be slightly lighter. I would think everything except maybe the hardware would not be Ti.

i think full OEM is like 90lbs total. (xpipe and rear section)

akra is a -50lbs weight reduction with full titanium (xpipe and rear section)

so this isn't too far off for being cheap alibaba.
