Hello Again!

I have received a correspondence from the new Waterford Hills Rental personnel indicating that they are overbooked for weekday rental this year and would like to know if we will be renting again so they can accommodate us as a return renter perk.
Tentatively I have requested to reserve a weekday between 3rd week of July and 2nd week of August. I will keep this thread updated as I get more information regarding this rental for this summer.

Awesome! I was just saying to someone that I hoped you got another of these set up. Not that this revolves around me at all but as an FYI I'm expected to be gone 7/21 through 7/30 or possibly 8/1.

I'll give a few folks a heads up on the time period you're looking at. co_pa you might also have interest in this.

Awesome to hear and subscribed, I'd been keeping an eye for if you were going to post that you were doing it again this year. I'll know more in April for the time off when they announce shut down schedules for July and keep you posted.

done. I added a third (M. Beidoun) as he's most likely coming but if you're expecting payment soon he may or may not need to be removed for now. There's two additional ones I didn't add which are solidly in the "too soon to tell" category.

We are at 15 drivers and have 5 more spots open.
Just a reminder:
1.You can get multiple cars at no extra cost.
2. There will be a pre-track day meet, greet and brag come July.
3. I will send out payment info in 2 weeks once a s few "maybes" confirm.
4. Trackday insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended, please confirm with your insurance provider if they cover HPD.

As my maybes are asking...what's the estimated cost per person at the current 15 and the max 20?

Assuming no one backs off, we are looking at ~ $ 160 now. For 20 drivers- ~ $120.

Thanks! already got one more to add to the list and added him to the spreadsheet. I put him as novice for now but he may be more intermediate. will update after I hear back.

One of my other maybes is now confirmed. M340i. No track experience but one of the advanced guys I'm bringing has volunteered to do in-car instruction with him. I think that puts us at the full 20, though I also saw in the spreadsheet that 25 is the cap, not 20?
