The G1 kit also gives pulleys for both 91 octane and 93 octane.

Dyno coming on monday.
G1 small pulley 91 mix with 2 liter of Torco.
Catless x pipe and akra rear.
There is no way this kit will make 550-580 whp.
Maybe g1+ will do, with methanol and even smaller pulley.
You MUST have at least 70mm pipe front headers to rear.
We'll see.
60-130 in my MT is 8.66, which is below vt625.
Plus side is, supercharger noise is minimum, but still enjoyable, its like the akrapovic of supercharger.

I have the 650 kit on my 6 speed E93 and I do around 6,000 miles per year. In my location 94 octane is $1.25 per liter or just over $4 gallon. Fuel cost/consumption is the worst thing about this kit but as they say, you have to pay to play. Getting about 200 miles per tank in the city...

I just ordered my G1 kit. So excited. Anyone have any install tips. I will do som prep teardown. Do I have to take out the front wheel liner on both sides?

Yup - You have to remove the liners to drop the bumper.

Have fun!

Thanks, That's just the front part of the liners right? Also, when I read my ECU do I need to start the car? The reason I am asking is I plane to take It all apart prior to the getting the shipment, I was told I have to send them the info from my ECU and mods and they will send a map. So My thought was I should wait to remove the plenum.

Yup just the fronts - The MAP question is a good one for ESS.

To read the ECU you just have to power the car, but not start it

I have zero need for this but it's tempting. ESS is always top notch and an even further improved kit is so attractive...

question for you Kevin... is the G1 kit running 93 octane pulleys essentially identical as the G1+ kit running 93 octane but not meth?
Other than the 6 vs 7 rib change

Do injectors change between both?

G1+ has different injectors, software, larger crankshaft pulley/matching ratio on the rest.

On the performance side, a G1+ kit on 93 would be faster than G1 on 93.

Is there a replacement sensor which can read more than that?

I got mine in on Tuesday and she is altogether. I haven't had time to drive it much but I notice right away that my DCT doesn't sift the way it use to. I had the GTS DCT tune prior to the install. ESS told me that the SC tune would not affect my DCT at all, it would only lower the torque a bit between shifts (???). I no my car very well & it does not shift as fast as it did in all modes. Has anyone else experienced this? After emailing ESS they told me that its an adaptive tune and let the car re-adapt. Let be clear I am not upset with ESS at all, they were very helpful, I just want my quick shifts back!!!!!

Not a fan of the GTS flash on this side on supercharged cars, we use the EU file instead.

You can try going to the stock flash to see if there is any changes in feel, there is also an adaptation reset in ISTA/Autologic.

Unfortunately, not remotely. We would need the car at our facility in Anaheim, CA.
