There are some options out there, but none are perfect or ideal, as the iJoye ones use Aux input for audio out and a separate microphone as well.

You can explore a full NBT Evo retrofit, but its complicated and you can lose Drivelogic settings, or so I'm told by Bimmerretrofit.

That's a whole new subject! Lots of variables. Do you have ccc or cic, do you have a combox, do you have the proper VO's, and is it coded for streaming........

With a buttload of coding and added a second Mic so I had all telephone functions as well. I already had a combox media, and voice command so I did not have to retrofit anything. Again, it really depends what you have factory as to what you have to do.

I'm thinking it has Bluetooth but then is see references to audio jack in the manual lmao 😂 so 2001

I have a USB and audio Jack in the console. I had no bluetooth in my I-drive and had to use the audio jack for aux input, but after all the coding I can now stream via bluetooth and have all bluetooth phone functions as well as text messages and emails on my i-drive.

NBT EVO HIGH. It’s an expensive retrofit as it’s designed to run on bus systems the E chassis doesn’t have but it’s simplified from CIC in terms of some of the equipment.

Correct, though I've been told you lose some of the M-drive settings since it's not part of NBT Evo units that are typically bought from Bimmerretrofit. They suggested that you'd only have 3 Drivelogic settings, for example, instead of the normal 5.
