Paint over spray on rubber window trim

My car has had some work done on the passenger side. Whoever did the paint got some over spray on the rubber trim pieces around my windows. Does anyone know of anything that would get rid of this? I would rather not take it all off and buy a new one.

tl;dr: start with something mild and work your way up.
