Gintani twin turbo m3 e85 results!!! ***Dyno video added***

First of all I'd like to thank Alex at Gintani for making this whole experience worth while. After a lot of patience the results are in. Running full e85 at 11psi we hit 708whp and 495 torque on STOCK MOTOR RUNNING STOCK DME!!!! Car is pretty much done, we are hitting a consistent 700 wheel back to back to back. Highest so far is 712whp and 505 torque.

That's great, congrats!

What size injectors did you end up running?
Is Gintani's happy with the initial fuel pump bucket assembly?

Holy cr@p nice man! I'm interested in longevity of that motor. Is there any possibility that they will release this as a kit option when you are finished?

What's max anyone has put through a stock motor? 800whp? Or 708? Haha (I don't know, which is why I ask).

E85 is great stuff. 11 psi with the responsive twin turbos is giving good torque.

The limit is probably the connecting rods, which can take only so much torque. The E85 is good at preventing the detonation that can bend rods (or break ringlands on stock pistons), but the limit to the stock rods is probably not far off.

Congrats to all, i'll echo that e85 is incredible. i'm hoping the tuning market takes note that s65 users have a demand with zero supply.

You can contact Gintani and get this built. There are other TT M3s that they've built that you don't hear anything about.

I looked it up once and Connecticut had 1 pump reporting E85. I could drive from the pump, home, get about 25-50 miles and have to drive back to the pump.

Hopefully it becomes readily available across the country soon.

One of the grocery chains here in Tx offers E85 on I-35 from the coast to Oklahoma.

yea I'd say we are definitely at the limit at this point but I told Alex I wanted to. We are for sure stopping here but I do think that because e85 has never been ran in the s65, no one really knows what its limits are with it. e85 is a magical thing .

I don't know what the max anyone has every put on a stock motor but I don't think I'm too far off

Going to run it this high, but I will also have a 91 map setting for daily driving. I'm not too nervous actually, the car made the power with no problem. We were all pretty surprised. Thank God for e85

It's funny, long term I was debating doing an ESS Kit with a custom E85 tune. Boost + High Comp + E85 = badass results like this!

Well done man!

While I really like this twin turbo E85 result, it does not mean that ESS is left in the dust at this power level. About the best an ESS Vortech V3 Si Trim centrifugal has done on 93 pump is 600 rwhp and 400 lbs rwtq. E85 would allow several psi more boost and the new numbers might be pretty close to the twin turbo's 700/500. The low end torque probably would not be as good, there might be more risk to the rods since the centrifugal might be taking another 50 rwhp to drive, the risk to the main bearings would be greater also due to the stress on the crank from the tensioned belt drive, and the Si Trim might have to be replaced with a Ti Trim.
