Help Deciphering ECU Info

I used my Autel scanner to check into some recent codes (27CE, 2786, A8C4), and decided to look at the ECU info it's able to read. What I wanted to find out is if I had the 240E build flashed. What I got was:

BMW part number: 6827064
Coding index: 51
Date of Manufacture: 24.02.2010
Diagnosis index: 3680
Hardware number: 06
Supplier: 09
Function software: 3680
Message catalog: 0.19.9
Operating software: 4.20.0
Variant index: 22085

The car is a 2008, manufactured in November 2007. Is the Date of Manufacture the most recent DME flash, or when the current version was built? I assume it can't be the physical build date of the DME, unless it was replaced at some point. I really don't know what any of it means, but that caught my eye. Any input is appreciated.
