Is the M-DCT lag issue present in 2010 models?

I just read this issue from the general section, and picking up my E92 Alpine White Edition Model this coming Saturday, so I want to know before I pick it up. If it's present in the 2010 models as well, I think I'll get them to update my integration level before I pick up the car.
