I have two pretty rare M3s

1: 2013 E92, custom ordered with ZCP, 6MT, CF roof, no nav, cloth+manual seats and with individual MonteCarlo Blue paint. Last 6 months of production.

2: 2011 E90, DCT, no nav, cloth+manual seats. Last 6 months of production

Mine's a 2011 e90 that has to be 1 of 1. There was no way that I could ever have one that someone else had so it has NO bump, no hump, no EDC, no MDM, no radio, no seats (other than the drivers), no electric wipers, no sunroof, no exhaust (other than straight pipes), no leather anything, no heated seats, no heater, no DCT, no nav, no shades.
It is MT (of course!) but 3 speed on the column, carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber wheels, speed cloth everywhere, and is chartreuse to ensure the 1 of 1 status. I understand that I might be a little overboard in my desires to have THE most unique m3, but others will wish they were me when at some distant point in the future my car is THE one everyone wants, is worth $500,000 and theirs is not worth very much at all.

Not sure if I care about the unicorn thing, but I think you guys made a good choice about cloth seat.
I wish I knew it was a big deal when I purchase the car.
I have leather seats.
Coming from an EVO X with recaro cloth seat, I think cloth just hugs you better.
The leather seat is very slippery even in normal daily drive.

This won't affect my ownership experience though, I think I could live with it.

Same here. Leather was mandatory in 1M. Not a fan. Miss cloth. My daily ZHP has cloth Alcántara which I much prefer.

Thanks! And yep, came with a couple sets of wheels, including the 219's.

Probably because it was free.

Perhaps the original owner chose the configuration mostly because of cost?

Only free on an E92 instead of the carbon fiber roof! It is a $1000.00 on an E90.

Mines has a VIN in the last 20 produced 2013 E92 M3. how's that ?
Anybody can define specs that only their car carries that's an easy game. A pre LCI E90 stripper is nothing special to me, you can define dozens combinations each rare.
Not going to go into why i think a sedan M3 doesn't make sense for this chassis anyway.

Unicorn might be a bit of an overstatement, but my 2011.75 E90 ZCP 6MT slick top with folding seat delete is somewhat unique I think.

All of us are fortunate to experience such a superb machine, though, no matter the options.
