Price Check - '11 ZCP MW/FR

Hello all,

I was wondering how good of a deal you guys thought this one is....

2011 E92 - 49,200 Miles - DCT
Mineral White / Fox Red
ZCP
Convenience Pkg
Premium 2 Pkg
CF Roof
Completely stock

Asking $28,995

Clean title, however the carfax shows 1 accident w/ minor damage.
I plan to get more details on the repairs from the dealership in the coming days.
How will this "minor damage" affect the value going forward?
From what ive gathered, this seems to be a pretty low price.
Is this because of the blemish on the carfax?

Thanks in advance

Seems priced accordingly pending a thorough inspection a "minor accident" wouldn't bother me, especially if you're planning on driving it. Confirm it was fixed correctly by a reputable shop. Just be ok eating $10-12k over the next 3 years and 30k miles. Not saying that's gonna be the case but don't be surprised... or keep it forever and don't worry about it

Seems like an abnormal amount of depreciation for a somewhat "desired" spec. You think I'll lose that much simply because it's had some body work? I would want to keep it forever but I see myself eventually wanting to switch to an e90(as this would be my 2nd e92) at some point hah.

I dunno, no probably not.. just saying be prepared if it does. I've seen a few dct m3s on the preowned market with 80k plus 08/09 e92s for $18k-$20k. I know they're not "zcp" models but they're not moving. If it's just gonna be a stepping stone for the next car I guess a blemish on the Carfax will make it tougher to sell. Maybe negotiate shrewdly and try and get a good deal?

Thats the one. After looking into the dealership it seems they're not very professional.
Car looks clean but I wouldn't want to deal with them

Was the exact combo I was looking for a few months ago, looks really nice but I would be too OCD for an accident car, even if it was minor.

I'm surprised Matt from Obsessed Garage bought his E92 with an accident record, I would think he would pass if it had any prior paint work.

Even if it's a later production 2011, that car is already like 8 years old. The likelihood of accidents goes up with each day the car is driven. "Minor" probably just means a fender bender or something like that (e.g. bumper repainted or whatever).

Have your indie shop inspect it.
