Mann.. I get so paranoid when I'm the only one home and trying to go to sleep..
Last night I was laying there and it was so quiet I could hear a low buzzing in my ears.. shit was annoying.
Then I started freaking out, thinking if someone would walk into my room and try to kill me. I was thinking to myself.. "EFF THIS COMFORTER!!! If someone runs in here I'm not going to be able to kick this off and jump out of bed fast enough." Then I thought about if I would let them attack me and then react, or jump off to the side of the bed and kind of stand there in a stall with each other for a little while, then fight him.
I finally went to sleep, I just told myself.. eff it, if I die I die..

Deep, breathing meditation is almost as good as sleep; try it for an hour or 2, lieing in bed.
