first time REAR brake replacement - help me with parts

I originally thought I just need pads and the wear sensor and ordered them
but once I got the wheels off, I realized that the rotors should be replaced as well (the lip is very distinct and rotor looks very worn)

So I started adding parts to the cart and realized I may need more stuff
So I added rear rotors, various bolts, the anti rattle clips ....

and now I don't want to miss anything

car just hit 100k miles
Should I replace the brake hose as well or is that not necessary?
If anyone can share a screenshot of a shopping cart or copy of an emailed invoice or something, that'd be so helpful

Rear kit with genuine parts - https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...-34212283803kt

Rear kit with Zimmermann/Textar branded parts - https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...4212283803kt-1

Hoses don't need to be replaced if it doesn't look worn or damaged. The anti-rattle clips are reusable. The kits come with the rotor screws and you need four of them - https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...ew-34211161806 but I like keeping around a few more in case I strip them somehow during the install.

If your rotors haven't been taken off in the last couple of years, it's likely you'll have to destroy those screws to get them off. Plenty of tips out there on how to do it.
