To be honest, it just relaxes all my nevers and takes me out of my own thoughts. I become productive, it doesn't really alter my appetite like a lot of people, don't go out and eat a bunch of BS. It's just normal operation, and without it, my anxiety right now would probably be through the roof, so I'm forever grateful. However, some people GET anxiety because of it, or become paranoid, so everyone has a different reaction.

Drinks? Every day. Why? Because don't care to stop. Wine, beer, and some whiskey to warm the blood. Not to get obliterated, but just a mellow level and then relax.
